We take complaints about our services seriously and deal with them in confidence. We use the information from complaints to try to improve our services to prevent the same problem happening again.
You can make your complaint in person, by phone, by email, by using our feedback forms or in writing. Your opinions are important to us so we would always strongly recommend that you bring any complaint in the first instance to the attention of a member of staff so we can resolve the issue at the earliest possible opportunity. We have a two-stage complaints procedure which you can see detailed on the attachment below. We will endeavor to deal with your complaint as quickly as possible. If it is clear that the matter will need a detailed investigation, we will tell you and keep you updated on our progress.

- What has gone wrong?
