Initially the service is only be available to our Fitness Members for their pre-paid sessions but we will be extending this to all our MV Card holders once we can accept online payments.

Leisure Online Bookings - Frequently Asked Questions
Why are we rolling this service out?
Our leisure centres receive over 740,000 visits per year and we are proud of our track record of accurately recording each and every one of them.
We want to make sure that we iron out any teething troubles before we launch the service fully to ensure that you continue to enjoy our excellent service.
Why Fitness Members only for the trial period?
Our Fitness Members pre-pay for the activities that they enjoy at our leisure facilities. This means that we don't need to worry about taking payments from them and we can spend time making sure that the payment section of the online bookings is ready for everyone to use.
What am I able to book?
In time you will be able to book pretty much every activity online. The exceptions to this will be:
- Swimming lessons
- Birthday parties
- Room hire
- Block bookings by clubs
- General swimming
These activities have been excluded because we may need to organise additional staff for these sessions or simply because there is no need to book a place.
How do I register?
If you are a fitness member you just need to ask at reception for your password. You will be asked to update your details so please ensure you know your email address.
Can I cancel or transfer my session?
Yes. You will need to ring the facility where the booking is made. Our 48 hour cancellation policy will apply.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong?
Please contact the facility where the booking is made.
How long do I have to complete the online booking?
You will have a 10 minute window to complete your booking before the space becomes available for someone else.
Can I check what bookings I have made?
Yes. You will be able to see all of your bookings and will receive a confirmation email for each booking you make.
Why can I only book 7 days in advance?
All of our leisure facilities only accept activity bookings 7 days in advance. This allows all of our customers to have a equal opportunity to book the sessions they require.
