Our vision is to encourage innovative, high profile events, with regional, national and international appeal, run to the highest possible standards.
If you are planning an event in the East Lindsey district, please complete an Event Notification Form [454kb] and return it to the Events Team at Magna Vitae Trust for Leisure & Culture, C/O Fairfield Enterprise Centre, Lincoln Way, Fairfield Industrial Estate, Louth, Lincolnshire, LN11 0LS or by email - email@example.com
If you are planning to hold your event on land owned by East Lindsey District Council such as Tower Gardens, the main beaches, promenades, foreshores, public car parks, you must first obtain formal permission to do so. To do this you need to email the Property Services Team at the Council - firstname.lastname@example.org - detailing exactly which areas of land you are wanting to use, when (date and times) and for what.
For further guidance, documentation and templates relating to event organisation, please visit the Lincolnshire Events Safety Partnership (LESP) website. We will also provide you with additional advice and guidance if contacted.
Please note: East Lindsey District Council has a statutory duty to enforce legal requirements around events.
We will always try to make sure you have been well advised and are aware of any requirements before the event. However, ultimately, it is your responsibility, as event organisers, to comply with all legal requirements.
