If you answered “yes” to any of the above then our Competitive Swim Clinic is just what you’re looking for!

This 1 day clinic will help you to get ahead in competitive swimming. We will use video recordings of you swimming 4 strokes to analyse your strengths, weaknesses and provide you with an individual programme based on your personal needs.

And it doesn’t stop there … we will also cover all the other aspects of the sport which you need to understand to help you to get ahead:

•Pool session with video
•Video analysis of all 4 strokes
•Personal technique improvement exercises
•Theory sessions
•Nutritional seminar
•Land training to build core strength & flexibility
This clinic is delivered by Callum Gladding.
Callum is a Swim England Level 2 coach, who is currently completing his Level 3 training. He has been swimming competitively since the age of 9, and in 2014 made it to the Commonwealth trials. Callum is a double national medallist in 200m Fly & 400m Freestyle. He works closely with Mark Sheldrick, Head Coach of Grimsby Aquatic Swim Team.
