I have delivered and co-ordinated health improvement programmes for over 9 years. My interests are in nutrition, exercise and wellbeing and am motivated by empowering people who would otherwise not be active. I believe being healthy involves being physically and mentally fit.

I studied food technology at university then worked in food chemical & micro labs. I became interested in the benefits of nutrition and how food can help people to live better. I worked for Food for Life with ELDC before starting this role. “You are what you eat, digest and absorb”.

I am a Level 2 Fitness Instructor, specialising in Circuit and Weight Training. I teach aquacise, kettlebells and indoor cycling. My philosophy is "Do today, what others won't, so that you can do tomorrow, what others can't."

I have worked in various clubs in the fitness industry for 17 years and believe that Magna Vitae differs from the rest as we have 1 clear goal: To make the community more active, more often. This aim is the centre of everything we do, whether in a venue or in the community.

I have over 20 years’ experience working in childcare, and have worked in all settings, from EYFS to Scouts and Secondary. I also worked as SENCO, with autism being a particular focus. I am a level 2 swimming teacher and enjoy being able to help all people learn this life skill.

I am a Level 2 Swim Teacher and coach for Louth Dolphins Swim Club. I teach swimming because of the coaches that inspired me when I was younger, and enjoy passing on my passion and love for the sport. Remember… just keep swimming!

I have been a swimmer with Louth 'Dolphins' since 2004, I started working as a Level 1 teacher in 2011 and completed my Level 2 qualification a year later. I like to see my swimmers with controlled, smooth strokes with a solid skill base.

I have been a Level 2 Swim Teacher since 2007, working at Skegness and Louth pools. I am going on my Fin2Fit course soon, so will be able to teach your children how to become a mermaid! I also teach Aquacise, Zumba, Kettlebells and Spinnning classes.

I have 15 years’ experience lifeguarding and 5 years as a Trainer Assessor. I have become a mentor of Trainer Assessors to guide them through training and run courses and conduct external assessments all over the UK. I specialise in NPLQ, FAW, Paediatric First Aid, NRASTC and AED.

I started working as a pool attendant & took NPLQ over 10 years ago. I became a Trainer Assesor in 2010 & have been teaching lifeguarding courses since then. I teach the Survive & Save course. I enjoy seeing young people develop from their swim lessons, through to working as a lifeguard.
