Bounce

Bounce is a high energy and low impact workout to get fit, have fun and bounce away fat!

The exercise is performed on a trampet/mini trampoline (provided) with patented T-Bar handles. It consists of a highly effective HIIT cardio section followed by a toning section, working bums, tums and thighs.

It uses High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) techniques to maximize the most effective fat burning process in the cardio section, whilst using the pliable surface of the mat to perform a range of core stability exercises, thus engaging more of the deep core muscles.
