Les Millls BODYBALANCE™ is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. Combining a variation of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates – BODYBALANCE™ helps improve flexibility, build strength and will leave you feeling relaxed and calm.
Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.
