We hold various courses in our leisure venues to give you the basics of good nutrition and offer specialist advice to help you feed your body for long-term success. We also bring activities to the community, through our Virtual Gym supervised exercise sessions, and Still Me, our project that provides activities and support for people living with dementia and their families.
