Health Walks

Health Walks are social walks designed to get people out and active in the region.

All health walks are free and led by volunteer walk leaders. There are a range of walks available to suit all abilities.

  • 30 minute walks. Suitable for anyone who is new to exercise or recovering from illness
  • 3 miles.  Suitable for people who regularly walk.
  • 4-5 miles. Suitable for more experienced walkers or people with higher fitness levels.
  • Dementia Friendly walks. For people affected by dementia and other life-changing conditions and their carers. These walks are run on an adhoc basis as part of the Still Me project.
