Are you over 45 with a desire to get up and active with people of a similar age?

If the answer is ‘yes’, then Meridian has the perfect solution for you!

‘Over 45s’ sessions run at the centre on Tuesday mornings, 10am until noon, and Thursday afternoons from 2pm until 4pm. People are welcome to go along, with no booking needed, and take part in a variety of indoor sports.  To add to the social side, the sessions also include break time refreshments, with drinks and biscuits.

Our Sales and Retention Manager Chris Coveley said: “It is a great way to introduce people back into activities, or indeed keep them up with like-minded people of a similar age. The social side is really important too, those who come along will meet new friends – who will often become friends for life,” said Chris.
