Get Out, Get Active with us this autumn

/ Health & Fitness

This autumn, Magna Vitae are working with Active Lincolnshire to provide opportunities for local residents to take part in inclusive activities across the region.

Get Out, Get Active (GOGA) is an initiative that supports and encourages people of all ages and abilities to take part in a range of fun activities together, and reap the benefits of gentle physical exercise.

Lindsay Barratt, GOGA Project Lead at Magna Vitae, said: “This project is really important for our local area. East Lindsey has a high number of inactive people, and we hope that through Get Out, Get Active, we will be able to reach out to these groups to remove some of the barriers to physical exercise. We have had some very positive results so far, and would encourage anyone who wants to improve their health, energy levels, mood or self-esteem to get in touch and see how we can help.”
